We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 to the continental U.S.A. International Shipping via UPS and FedEx (Please contact us if you wish to ship internationally via USPS/Post)
should you have an issue/lost parcel on your order, please contact us within 25 days of package acceptance by courier/post. mao fightwear is not responsible for lost shipments/issues outside of this time frame. should you fail to contact us.
Preorders/ custom orders
Turn Around for Preorders and custom orders is typically 4-5 weeks from preorder cutoff/date of custom order payment. all shipping updates and tracking details will be forwarded via email once labels are created.
exchanges AND RETURNS
PLEASE READ TO SEE IF YOUR ITEM IS ELIGIBLE
we offer exchanges or returns for FIRST-TIME orders (excluding custom orders or final sale) within the continental USA so that we can ensure you find the perfect fit!
outlet, clearance, custom orders, flash sale, and black friday deals are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange.
exchanges will be issued a store credit to purchase the item in a different size, or an alternate style. store credits do not expire.
returns will be issued to the original form of payment with a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping Charges (if applicable) and return label charges Will not be refunded.
repackaging fee of $10 will be charged for any item not returned in it’s original packaging and tags (if applicable) this is in additional to any restocking fees that may be applicable.
Mao fightwear is not responsible for return items lost in the mail due to inadequate packaging or using postage. not provided by mao fightwear

how to initiate a return or exchange
Email us on maofightwear@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number, and we will issue a return receipt FOR FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS AT NO CHARGE. EXCHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED by the courier/usps WITHIN 14 DAYS OF return label distribution VIA EMAIl tO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE. mao fightwear is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN RETURN ITEMS.
ELIGIBILITY
items that have been worn, washed, or show use (deodorant markings, stains, perfumed scents, ANIMAL FUR) are not eligible for exchange or return. should you return an item that is not eligible, we will refund half the purchase price.
SHOULD YOU WISH TO KEEP THE ITEM AFTER DEEMED INELIGIBLE, CUSTOMER IS RESPOSIBLE FOR NEW SHIPPING FEE.
items that are being returned must be sent within 14 days of return-shipping label distribution via email Returns shipped outside of the return window may be intelligible for return or exchange, or subject to a 10% restocking fee if still an available item.
refund or store credit received outside of the return window will be based on the current price of the item listed on the website.
clearance, outlet, or flash/black friday sale items are “final sales”. no exchanges or returns will be made.
