We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 to the continental U.S.A. Please contact us for international shipping information.

exchanges AND RETURNS

PLEASE READ TO SEE IF YOUR ITEM IS ELIGIBLE

we offer free exchanges or returns for FIRST-TIME orders within the continental USA so that we can ensure you find the perfect fit!

exchanges will be issued a store credit to purchase the item in a different size, or an alternate style. store credits do not expire.

Shipping Charges (if applicable) and return label charges Will not be refunded.

return labels will come free of charge for the first exchange. each exchange after will be charged the return label fee (cost of return label)

all returns to original payment will be charged the return label fee (cost of return label) should the customer use our return label vs their own..

restocking fee of $10 will be charged for any item not returned in it’s original packaging.

Mao fightwear is not responsible for return items lost in the mail when shipped with your own return label.

how to initiate a return or exchange

Email us on maofightwear@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number, and we will issue a return receipt FOR FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS AT NO CHARGE. EXCHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF CONTACT VIA EMAIL TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN RETURN ITEMS.

returns will be exchanged for store credit, UNLESS THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE.

should you wish to return to your original payment form, there will be a 10% restocking fee. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING,. ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF CONTACT VIA EMAIL TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN RETURN ITEMS.

ELIGIBILITY

items that have been worn, washed, or show use (deodorant markings, stains, perfumed scents, ANIMAL FUR) are not eligible for exchange or return. should you return an item that is not eligible, we will refund half the purchase price. SHOULD YOU WISH TO KEEP THE ITEM AFTER DEEMED INELIGIBLE, CUSTOMER IS RESPOSIBLE FOR NEW SHIPPING FEE.

items that are being returned must be sent within 14 days of return-shipping label receipt.

clearance or sale items are “final sales”. no exchanges or returns will be made.

items purchased during a sale/flash sale are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

international orders

International orders are not eligible for free shipping, however we do offer discounted rates. please contact us on maofightwear@gmail.com to place an international Order

Exchanges shipping is at the expense of the customer. any customs are at the expense of the customer.

international orders are not eligible for returns to original form of payment, only store credit.

APPAREL ORDERS

All items listed under “Apparel” may ship separately from your order. Please allow extra processing time for apparel purchases as they are made to order.

All apparel items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange
